If I take a medical careers class in High School, will be hard to get into a college to become a doctor?

The class that i am taking now is called medical careers which we learn the basics of being a doctor or nurse. At the end of the year, we take a test to become a nurses assistant. My friend (whose father is doctor and mother is a nurse,) told me if i take the test, it will be hard to get into a college for being a doctor. Is this true?

Also, my cummulative GPA is a weighted 3.8 on a four point scale. Is this going to get in the way? Also, is there any special classes I should be taking for these careers that I can look for in highschool?
